Amphibious Dredges
Dredging Systems’ amphibious equipment operates as either cutter-suction dredges or floating amphibious excavators. They can pump mud, silt or sand up to 1000m. A booster pump is used for further distances. The dredges are ideal for quickly and efficiently clearing mine tailings dams, ponds, creeks, marinas and rivers.
Amphibious Dredges
C3 AMPHIBIOUS:
- Amphibious, road-transportable dredges with cutter suction and excavation capabilities reaching 6 metres deep
- Processing rates: 300-600 m3/hr, up to 1000 m3/hr without booster pump
- Self-loading capability: units unload from trucks and “walk” into water, or can be lifted if needed
C4 AMPHIBIOUS:
- Identical specifications to C3 model
- Same depth, rate, and transport capabilities
C5 AMPHIBIOUS:
- Matches C3 and C4 specifications
- Amphibious design with 6-metre depth capacity
